Critical Resources for Families

FOR ACCESS TO FOOD: 

NYC Public Schools are offering free grab-and-go meals for all children and families:  

Meals Hubs will operate Monday – Friday. Pick up for children and families runs from 7:30 am to 11:30 am, and for adults from 11:30-1:30pm.

  • No registration, ID, or documentation required.  
  • All three meals a day may be picked up at the same time.   
  • No dining space is available, so meals must be eaten off premises.  
  • Parents and guardians may pick up meals for their children‎.

If you are unable to leave your home due to medical risk and unable to afford delivery services, you can find help via nyc.gov here

Employment Specialists are available to speak to any parent or family member who is looking for support related to unemployment, recent changes to their employment status, or concerns about how COVID-19 has affected their work. This is a completely free service, available to all members of our community.

Comcast is offering free internet access for new customers for 60 days.  

To help students stay connected during emergencies, the DOE is lending internet-enabled iPads to support remote learning for students. If you would like to request a device for a NYC student in your family, please fill out this form.
