Pat Cappeto is an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor who has over 20 years teaching group fitness in various gyms and facilities. Pat holds various specialized certifications and specializes in Cycle, Boot Camp, HIIT, Total Body Conditioning, Aerobic Dance, stretch fusion class and classes for Active Older Adults. Pat’s passion is fitness and her goal is to improve the quality of life of others through challenging group fitness programs.
She is currently teaching our Pedal Power Cycle class on Sundays at 10 am at The Manny Cantor Center. Her classes are high energy, fun and challenging, designed to meet various levels of fitness ability.
