Leonard Smith is a seasoned fitness expert in New York City. For more than seven years, he has been committed to not just helping his clients reach their peak physical potential but also improving overall wellness.
Smith was born in New York City. He excelled on the track team at Rice High School, a private, Catholic high school in the Harlem section of Manhattan. While on the team he lead in long distance running and competed in national and regional competitions at Brown University, Yale University, and the University of Pennsylvania’s Penn Relays.
Leonard earned a degree in Exercise Science from SUNY Buffalo.
Smith’s training sessions are a mash-up of weight training and cardio with an emphasis on building core strength.
