Guidelines for Your Artist Statement of Interest: Introduce yourself and your background in ceramics, highlighting key themes and ideas in your work. Discuss specific projects that showcase your style and vision, explaining your artistic goals and how you see your work evolving. Describe the challenges you face and how the Ceramics Student Apprentice Program can help you overcome them. Reflect on the skills and experiences you hope to gain from the program and how you plan to contribute to the Educational Alliance Art School community. Conclude with your interest in the program and why you are an ideal candidate. This statement shouldn't exceed 1000 words.

All applications are reviewed at the discretion of the Art School leadership team. The selection process is based upon the strength of your application, your history in the EA Art School, and your demonstrated commitment to creative practices in clay. We will select up to three apprentices each year.
