Our Philosophy

At MCC Fitness, we are a team. We encourage members to be their best selves by working out with us in ways that are unique, fun, exciting, and collaborative. We see fitness as a cycle of challenges and breakthroughs and we support, nurture, and enable our members’ progress and our progress as a community.

Located in the heart of the Lower East Side –– one of NYC’s cultural centers, we invite everybody and every body to be a part of our fitness family. The goals that MCC Fitness helps our members attain are as diverse as our neighborhood itself. No matter what your wellness goal, our goal is to see your health flourish – in ways big and small, mental and physical.

MCC FITNESS IS MORE THAN JUST A GYM 

When you join our community, you get: 

ACCESS to our elite fitness professionals; instructors and personal trainers. Join us in person or virtually to get your fitness game back on track. We are offering distanced in-person training with separate sanitized equipment or virtual sessions, one-on-one, or in small groups. 

CARDIO, WEIGHT TRAINING, and FUNCTIONAL TRAINING equipment in a clean, safe environment 

  • Access our all-new, state-of-the-art equipment in our renovated fitness center including Pilates Reformer, brand new treadmills, Hyperice recovery tools and so much more!

Hours of Operation:

Monday-Thursday: 6:30 am – 9:00 pm

Friday: 6:30 am – 7:00 pm

Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm


Member Basketball Open Hours:

Saturdays | 1 pm – 3 pm
