BOXING | MONDAYS @ 4:30 PM

Learn the fundamental boxing techniques including basic punches, defensive strategies, and footwork to tie everything together for ages 8-12.

CREATIVE MOVEMENT | TUESDAYS @ 3:30 PM

Let’s explore new ways to move while learning new skills! We’ll hop, gallop, skip, and leap to a variety of musical genres, play games, and discover new concepts. Geared toward 3-and 4-year-olds.

 

FAMILY YOGA | 1ST SUNDAY OF THE MONTH @ 10 AM

Family yoga is a fun class for everyone. It includes meditation, asanas, and relaxation techniques. There’s music, props, and games to keep everyone engaged. The goal is to build inner strength and community. You’ll also learn how to take what you’ve learned off the mat and into your everyday life. This class is geared for families and kids ages 2-6.

BASKETBALL SKILLS AND DRILLS | SUNDAYS @ 11 AM

This basketball workshop is designed to help middle and high school-aged boys and girls improve their game and confidence by teaching specific techniques and skill-building drills. Developed for ages 7-15.
