Support Groups
Feeling overwhelmed? Need a supportive place to talk through your challenges? The FRC’s mental health services are accessible to everyone in the community because we believe everyone deserves to feel supported.
The Family Resource Center offers mental health support for children and adults through our targeted partnerships, which include Garden of Hope and the Jewish Board for Children and Family Services. Our providers can offer you support Monday–Friday and can provide help in a crisis should you ever need it.
