Educational Alliance has employment and career development services to address job seeker’s needs for the Lower East Side, East Village, and greater Manhattan communities.

Our Career Counseling team members are former human resources professionals who offer personalized support and guidance to people who are under or unemployed to explore employment opportunities that take full advantage of an individual’s skills and prior work experience.

We provide the tools and resources necessary in today’s market to be successful and financially secure, from customized guided career exploration, engaging workshops, curated events, and networking opportunities to starting a new job and everything in between.

To date, our counselors have provided services to over 1500 individuals of all ages, including financial planning advice, resume building workshops, interview coaching, and career advisement. In total, over 500 individuals were placed in new jobs in connection with our program.
