Daxko Announcements and Resources

At MCC, we are always looking for ways to enhance your user experience and ensure that our services meet the needs of our vibrant community. As we head into summer, we have an exciting update to share with you: Starting July 15th, we will be launching an innovative customer relations management system called Daxko.
With Daxko, your registrations and communications will be more streamlined, and you will have access to a dashboard that will give you an improved online user experience.
This convenient dashboard will permit you to:
- Update your profile
- View your registrations for classes and programs
- Manage your payments, receipts, and account details
- And more!
In the coming weeks, we will provide more information on how to prepare for this launch. Please note that your account profile with us will remain the same, but you will need to create a user account with a new username and password to access this new dashboard. The Daxko dashboard will not be available for use until Tuesday, July 22nd.
Important Things to Know:
- A $20 late fee will apply if payment is not received on time or if there are issues with processing.
- The charge on your credit card statement will appear as EDALLIANCE-14Y/MCC, EDALLIANCE-14Y, or EDALLIANCE-MCC. If you have any questions about a charge, feel free to contact us.
- A new MCC logo will appear on your receipts.
- There will be a new app (coming winter 2025) that will allow you to scan into the building/fitness center. More information to come.
- Every MCC user will need to create a new username and password to access the member dashboard.
