May is Older Americans Month – a tradition dating back to 1963 to honor the legacies and ongoing contributions of older Americans and support them as they enter the next stage in life.
On Wednesday, 5/13 we’re proud to host the opening of the Older Adults Month Art Exhibit, which celebrates work by seniors participating in our Weinberg Center and other Educational Alliance senior center art programs. Special highlights include the Moving Stories project with Artist-in-Residence Laura Nova, featured in the Jewish Communal Fund Gallery.
Additionally, anyone 60+ is invited to join in this month-long roster of Educational Alliance activities in celebration of Older Americans Month. Contact the Weinberg Center at 646.395.4270 for information.
