FAMILY YOGA
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 5TH | 10 AM | AGES 2-6 

Family Yoga is a fun class for everyone. It includes meditation, asanas, and relaxation techniques. There’s music, props, and games to keep everyone engaged. The goal is to build inner strength and community. You’ll also learn how to take what you’ve learned off the mat and into your everyday life.
