Borough of Manhattan Community College is a partner around Adult Education, providing English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) classes and High School Equivalency classes, as well as serving as a partner in care management and workforce development opportunities.
City Tech – New York City College of Technology
City Tech New York City College of Technology works with the FRC hosting English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) and contextualized (ESOL) courses. They have also collaborated with the FRC’s workforce development programs, and offered family reading workshops on-site at MCC.
Essex Market | Lower East Side Partnership
Essex Market with support from the Lower East Side Partnership hosts monthly cooking workshops for the Family Resource Center @ MCC. Essex Market provides the space and vouchers to distribute to participants to spend anywhere in the market.
Garden of Hope
Garden of Hope is a partner of the FRC in serving, caring, and rebuilding the lives of people who have been exposed to domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking; specifically targeting its services towards the growing Chinese communities in the NYC region.
Good Old Lower East Sides (GOLES)
Good Old Lower East Side, Inc. (GOLES) is a neighborhood housing and preservation organization that has served the Lower East Side of Manhattan since 1977. This grassroots organization serves, engages, and empowers low and moderate-income residents of the LES/Loisaida, specifically people of color, through direct services, public education, and community organizing.

The Lower East Side Employment Network (LESEN) is an innovative collaboration of experienced workforce development agencies that works in partnership with Manhattan’s Community Board 3 to efficiently meet business hiring demand and support candidate supply. The Network helps companies recruit, hire, and retain quality candidates at lower operational costs.

The Mayor’s Office to End Domestic and Gender-Based Violence (ENDGBV) operates the New York City Family Justice Centers. These 5 centers provide confidential walk-in wraparound services to survivors of Intimate Partner Violence, Trafficking, Elder Abuse and other forms of gender-based violence.
