Join your fellow members and our expert team of trainers for weekly pop-up classes this month. Each pop-up will take a deep dive into one of the pillars of our comprehensive approach to fitness and exercise –– Mindset, Movement, and Recovery. At MCC Fitness we encourage members to incorporate each of these pillars into their fitness routine in order to reach their personal best. We know that as part of the MCC Fitness Family, you are already prioritizing movement in your life. Adding time for mindset and recovery will help you raise the bar even higher.
At MCC Fitness mindset means achieving a state of mind that allows you to perform at your best. This includes setting intentions that will help you improve your health one step, one meal, one workout, and one day at a time. We use movement to increase strength, upgrade our overall physical patterns and improve the way we feel every day –– all while having fun. And we never skip recovery because we know that work + rest = success. Learn how to recover so you can reduce pain, decrease stress, and improve your quality of life.

Mindset with Stephen

Stephen will take you through a series of breathing and meditation classes that will support your mental balance allowing you to perform at your best. Join Stephen Mondays and/or Thursdays at 8:45 am for Basic Breathing, Kirtan Kriya (meditation), and Healing Hands.
Stretching with Ricardo

How are you ending your workouts? Are you allowing yourself to recover in a beneficial way or are you just hitting your workout hard? Allow Ricardo to guide you through one of the most important aspects of recovery –– stretching.
Strength with Michelle

Strength training can be done with a variety of different types of equipment and can help you achieve a variety of goals. Join Michelle to learn how to incorporate dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, and body weight into your workout to maximize results. Learn why and how strength training can be a great benefit to your everyday life.
Movement Prep with Cody

Spin with Ricardo

Get your body moving in this spinning session with Ricardo. Learn how to set up your bike properly, maintain good form, and get a great cardio workout while building lower body strength.
Boxing with Tajah
Fridays @ 8:30 am
Time to get your gloves on! In this pop up you will learn how boxing can help improve your balance, posture, and eye coordination –– plus give you a great upper body workout just to name a few. Get your jabs and uppercuts in every Friday!
Pop-ups will take place in the GEX studio on the 5th floor. Reservations are required as space is limited. Please arrive on time as pop-ups are 15 minutes.
