Walk With Ease (WWE) | April 22 at 1 PM
Self-directed and combines self-paced walks with information about health-related topics. Walking helps to improve your sleep, increase your stamina, relieve pain and stiffness, reduce stress, improve blood circulation, strengthen the lower body, and lower blood pressure! Members can join with a buddy or solo. Sign up as soon as possible, as space is limited. They can sign up by emailing Cory Michael Herman cmherman@edalliance.org.
