We’re so excited to introduce you to our new Fitness Director and General Manager, Brian Weiss who joined us in February! Brian will be managing our NYC fitness center and we think you’ll love him. If you’re looking to try something new, join Brian Monday and Wednesday mornings at 9:15 am for Circuit Training. This new class focuses on the upper body on Mondays and the lower body on Wednesdays, and is appropriate for all fitness levels.

We’re very excited to announce that Brian Weiss has joined the MCC Fitness family! Brian joins MCC Fitness Center with 20 years of fitness and wellness experience, a marketing background, and a positive upbeat attitude that can cheer up any crowd.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from the West Chester University of Pennsylvania and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and CPR/AED/1st Aid Certified.
In addition to his impressive professional experience, he loves spending time with friends and family, finding new adventures, and helping people be the best they can be. He lives by the motto, “If you put your mind to it then anything is possible.”
