Taught by Personal Trainer Ricardo Thomas, this progressive 8 week series works both your lower and upper body for 30 minutes each. These dynamic and functional based exercises will sculpt, shape and tone your whole body, not only giving you the confidence to strut your stuff but also the strength and mobility to keep up with day to day activities!
